Job summary

ODP Business Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform daily order fulfillment within an assigned area of a distribution facility. The role emphasizes safety, productivity, and proficiency in at least one distribution function such as order filling, shipping, or receiving.

The position requires basic English communication, basic math, and computer skills. Lifting up to 70 pounds regularly and up to 150 pounds infrequently is expected. A 8:00am start is common, with shift completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic communication in English, verbal and written.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication).
• Basic computer skills (internet, keyboard, documents).
• Ability to lift 70–150 pounds regularly, up to 150 pounds infrequently.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform distribution-related functions across checking, picking, packing, replenishment, and shipping.
• Operate a pallet jack to move product when needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment through housekeeping and safety.
• Contribute to company core values and teamwork.
• Engage with supervisors and teams on immediate tasks.
• Support continuous improvements in the distribution process.
