Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a 1st shift in Carol Stream, IL. The role is a full-time contract-to-hire opportunity with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour.

Primary duties include reading schedules, moving items, labeling materials, and recording inventory with attention to lot and expiration details. The position requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred), at least 6 months of warehouse experience, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 6 months of warehouse or related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform basic inventory tasks.
• Comfortable following written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Read production schedules and work orders to determine materials needed.
• Move products from receiving/storage to staging or production areas.
• Sort and organize materials by type, size, or code.
• Mark and label materials appropriately.
• Open bales, crates, and containers.
• Record quantities received/distributed accurately.
• Operate basic computer systems to track inventory.
• Maintain quality standards by picking correct items with lot/expiration details.
• Perform additional tasks assigned.
