Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking dependable General Warehouse Associates for a high-volume distribution center in Chambersburg, PA. The Back half Days shift runs Wed 12pm-6pm and Thur-Sat 6am-6pm at $19.00/hr, with cross-training and a clear path to MHE operator training.

Responsibilities include inbound/outbound unloading, order fulfillment, sorting, and staging. Safety is emphasized in a team-oriented environment with opportunities for permanent, full-time employment and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming trucks and place items onto conveyors for sorting.
• Assist in loading outbound trailers and order fulfillment: pick, pack, scan, and label items.
• Sort and stage products on automated conveyors and move carts to staging areas.
• Cross-train across warehouse departments to support daily volume needs.
• Maintain safety and upkeep with a clean, organized workspace and PPE compliance.
