Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Jacksonville, FL. The role supports warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while ensuring orders are completed safely and accurately.

Training on first shift for about three weeks, then move to second shift. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of warehouse experience; basic computer skills; forklift or order picker experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse, logistics, or distribution training beneficial.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Forklift or order picker experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
• Print labels and apply shipping and tracking information.
• Inspect products and packages for quality and accuracy.
• Load and unload materials as needed.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
• Maintain documentation and shipping records.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
