Job summary

Continental Services is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations at our Fort Wayne location. The role runs Monday through Friday from 6 AM to 3 PM, and requires accurate picking, packing, inventory control, and safe handling of goods.

Eligible candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED, comfort with iPads and inventory systems, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand, speak, read, and write in English.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Comfortable using technology (iPads, inventory systems).

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders using technology (e.g., iPad, LightSpeed system).
• Organize and maintain inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
• Load and unload trucks for routes and markets.
• Replenish stock and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Read schedules, work orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved or distributed.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies to team leaders.
• Record accurate inventory counts of products picked, packed, scrapped, and excess.
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
