Job summary

Continental Services is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Terre Haute to ensure smooth daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, inventory control, and loading/unloading trucks. The role requires accuracy, safety, and teamwork within a Sunday-Thursday 10 AM to 6 PM shift.

You will use technology (iPads, LightSpeed) to process orders, maintain FIFO inventory, and communicate discrepancies. Prior warehouse experience and English proficiency are desired, with forklift certification

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to understand, speak, read and write in English.
• Comfortable using technology (iPads, inventory systems).
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages).
• Ability to operate or learn electric pallet jack; forklift certification encouraged.
• Consistently accurate and efficient order processing.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Effective communication with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders using technology (e.g., iPad, LightSpeed system).
• Organize and maintain inventory using FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
• Load and unload trucks for routes and markets.
• Replenish stock and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Read schedules, work orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved or distributed.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies to team leaders.
• Record accurate inventory counts of products picked, packed, scrapped, and excess.
• Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
