Job summary

Careers Opportunities at AVI Foodsystems is looking for a Warehouse Worker in Seymour, Indiana. This position operates Monday through Friday from 10am to 4pm. The Warehouse Worker will participate in all functions of distribution and receiving, ensuring timely and accurate handling of products.

Qualifications

• Previous large food warehouse experience is preferred.
• Ability to be exposed to temperature extremes and humidity.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all functions of the distribution and receiving for the warehouse.
• Receive products coming into the warehouse.
• Verify quantity and description of products.
• Assemble and fill orders to be shipped.
• Stock incoming orders.
• Maintain accurate physical inventories.
• Ensure all distribution and receiving is timely and orderly.
• Follow proper receiving procedures.
• Communicate any issues of concern to management.
