Job summary

The Odom Corporation in Tacoma is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, stock, and pull product for customer orders with accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, locating items, building pallets, maintaining inventory accuracy, and safely operating forklifts and pallet jacks. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months related experience, with forklift certification preferred. This role works 4/10 shift Tue-Fri.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 months of related warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Daily loads or unloads delivery trucks and locates items in cooler/warehouse.
• Read and follow pick sheets to gather, palletize, and distribute items.
• Build orders on pallets safely for delivery and maintain accuracy.
• Document received/distributed quantities and damaged/out-of-date items.
• Operate forklifts/pallet jacks safely and attend required training.
• Keep locations neat, clean, and organized; assist in inventory cycles.
