Job summary

The Odom Corporation in Boise, ID is hiring for a warehouse associate to load/unload trucks, verify receipts, and pick orders for safe distribution. You’ll operate forklifts and pallet jacks, maintain organized storage, and follow company systems to optimize workflow.

Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, holidays, and bonuses. Shift is 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a signing bonus and retention bonuses at 6 and 12 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Forklift certification preferred/required.
• Prefer warehousing knowledge including pallet jack operations and inventory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Daily loads or unloads delivery trucks.
• Count, sort, or weigh incoming product to verify receipt.
• Store product in bins, racks, or shelves by identifying information.
• Operate company computer systems to direct workflow.
• Read and use pick sheets to gather, palletize, and distribute items.
• Build pallets and assemble customer orders safely for delivery.
• Document items received or distributed and note damages or expiring items.
• Keep warehouse neat and rotated for freshness.
• Participate in inventory cycles and training for forklift/pallet jack safety.
• Hours are 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday.
