POOLCORP is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Cincinnati to accurately pull and pack orders for delivery or pickup. You will assist with loading, manage shipments, and keep inventory audited and up to date.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, follow directions with minimal supervision, and prior forklift experience is preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required, with benefits and growth opportunities offered by the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to maneuver objects up to 100 pounds.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Prior experience in distribution, general labor or warehousing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments, logs into inventory, maintains inventory through audits.
• Coordinates with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up.
• Operates a forklift safely and maintains required certification.
• Assists in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.
