Job summary

POOLCORP is hiring a Warehouse Associate for our Berea, OH facility. The role involves accurately pulling, packing, and staging orders for delivery or pickup, assisting with loading trucks, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience, a high school diploma or GED, and are able to lift up to 100 pounds. Prior warehousing or distribution experience is preferred and full-time hours are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to maneuver up to 100 pounds.
• Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Prior experience in distribution, general labor or warehousing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments, logs into inventory, maintains inventory through audits.
• Communicates with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up.
• Operates a forklift safely and maintains certification.
• Assists in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.
