POOLCORP in Olive Branch, MS is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pull, pack and prepare orders for delivery or pickup. You will assist in loading, receiving shipments, and maintaining inventory while supporting a safe, efficient operation.

The role requires forklift experience, ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and a HS diploma or GED. Benefits include medical, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to maneuver objects up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Distribution, warehousing or general labor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments, logs into inventory, maintains inventory through audits.
• Communicates positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up.
• Operates a forklift safely and efficiently, maintains required certification, performs vehicle safety checks and reports discrepancies to supervisor.
• Assists in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently.
• Other duties as assigned.
