Job summary

Coburn's Gulfport Distribution Center in Gulfport, MS is hiring a Distribution Center Worker to ensure material is readily available for branches. You will receive, store, pick, pack, and ship items, maintaining safety and accuracy.

You must follow SOPs and company policies while contributing to Coburn’s exceptional customer service. The role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, operating in a warehouse environment, and passing a forklift certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred or 2 years of related industry experience.
• Must pass the company-issued aptitude test.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to read a map and/or follow written directions.

Responsibilities

• Receiving: verify items against invoices and document receipt.
• Save & Store: place items in correct bins/shelves for efficient picking.
• Pulling, Pack & Ship: accurately pull and package materials before deadlines.
• Transport: prepare materials for delivery with proper documentation.
• Personal Knowledge Development: maintain knowledge to grow in the role.
