POOLCORP is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Charlotte, NC to support receiving and order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. The role involves pulling, packing, organizing deliveries, loading trucks, inventory logging, and ensuring safety guidelines are followed.

Applicants should be 18+, able to lift up to 100 lbs, have a high school diploma or GED, and forklift experience is preferred. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• Must be able to operate forklift safely and efficiently.
• Able to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Experience in distribution, general labor, or warehousing preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and maneuver heavy objects.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately pull, fill, pack and set up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assist in loading the delivery truck.
• Receive shipments and log into inventory; perform cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment.
• Communicate with supervisors, sales staff, and customers to coordinate deliveries.
