Revised Personnel in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment in a busy warehouse environment. You will pick materials with a forklift, load and unload orders, and help keep the facility safe and organized.

The role requires strong math for inventory, the ability to read order details, and clear written and verbal communication. We offer hourly pay, potential overtime, and a benefits package with 401k and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Basic inventory counting with math accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret order details.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Safe forklift operation and RFGen Gun use.
• Ability to follow directions and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Review orders and pick materials using forklift; assemble in staging lane.
• Maintain clean aisles and rack locations; manage debris and pallets.
• Perform pre/post-shift forklift inspections and report issues.
• Assist in annual inventory audit and log counts.
• Load/unload orders, coordinate with carriers, and verify deliveries.
