Job summary

Action Industries is seeking a high-energy Warehouse Associate in Maryland Heights, MO. The role is full-time, Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with a consistent 40-hour schedule and weekends off.

You will be at the heart of operations, ensuring orders are picked, packed, loaded, and delivered accurately and on time. You should be comfortable with physical tasks, reliable, and able to work quickly while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Built for physical work: able to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout a shift.
• Reliability and dependability; punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick & Pack: accurately select orders and securely pack for shipment.
• Load & Unload: efficiently load and unload shipments for delivery.
• Maintain Order Accuracy: inspect shipments to ensure part numbers and quantities match standards.
• Warehouse Organization: keep work stations clean, organized, and safe.
