Job summary

All Surfaces in Earth City, MO is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations by picking, packing, staging, and loading orders, receiving inventory, inspecting for damage, and maintaining safety standards.

Work Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:30pm with a pay range of $20–$22 per hour. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years warehouse experience, lift up to 75 lbs, pass background and drug tests, and be comfortable using forklifts and related equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years warehouse experience.
• Courteous, personal attention to promote customer satisfaction.
• Excellent attention to detail with accurate work.
• Organize and prioritize tasks for productivity.
• Must be able to lift over 75 lbs.
• Forklift experience and ability to obtain certification.
• Industry experience in flooring/building materials is a plus.
• Able to wear work boots and meet safety standards.
• Pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, stage, and load customer orders.
• Receive inventory and inspect for damage; stock to bin locations.
• Verify orders for accuracy and quality.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
• Follow SOPs for shipping and receiving paperwork and systems.
• Support the branch in safety, maintenance and cleanliness.
• Organize inventory to meet safety and efficiency standards.
• Ensure pallets are shrink-wrapped, strapped and banded for storage and transport.
