Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our Jeffersonville, IN warehouse. You will pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery with accuracy and efficiency, using warehouse systems and handheld scanners.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, attention to detail, and reliability in a hands-on environment. Prior warehouse experience and a valid driver’s license are a plus. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities to support our charity work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or previous warehouse experience.
• Must consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
• Follow established processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
• Inspect products for damage and dispose of defective items according to company procedures.
• Safely lift, carry, and move products up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Assist with warehouse organization, restocking, and maintaining clean, safe work areas.
• Follow company safety protocols and participate in team safety meetings.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure order completion.
