Job summary

Five Star Breaktime Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team in Cleveland. The role focuses on accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery, with emphasis on attention to detail and reliability.

The candidate will use warehouse management systems and handheld scanners, lift up to 50 lbs, and adhere to safety protocols. Benefits include a 401(k), medical/dental/vision, FSA, life and disability coverage, and potential advancement

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED or warehouse experience.
• Ability to consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
• Follow established processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
• Inspect products for damage and dispose of defective items according to company procedures.
• Safely lift, carry, and move products up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Assist with warehouse organization, restocking, and maintaining clean, safe work areas.
• Follow company safety protocols and participate in team safety meetings.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure order completion.
