Job summary

Target is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Austin, TX. Starting pay ranges from $21.75 to $25.15 per hour, with a shift differential of $2.00 to $3.50 per hour based on eligibility. Progression opportunities exist to grow pay with tenure in the role.

Responsibilities include packing, loading, shipping, and accurate merchandise processing while maintaining a safe, efficient workspace. English proficiency and hardware/tech literacy are required.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 35–50 lbs frequently during shifts.
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach for long periods.
• Good written and oral communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to stores and guests.
• Move inventory safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete tasks accurately.
