Job summary

Target Corporation in Dallas, TX is hiring Warehouse Associates to pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests. You will help move inventory throughout a fast-paced facility, maintain a clean workspace, and follow safety trainings to work safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 35-50 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts.
• Maintain positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment.
• Able to read labels, tickets, and other product documentation.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English to follow safety and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Pack, load, and ship items to stores and guests.
• Ensure accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests.
• Move inventory throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Report to work on time and complete tasks accurately.
• Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
