Job summary

Bunzl Distribution NA is hiring a Warehouse Worker for our Fairfield, Ohio facility. This role includes receiving product, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping, and keeping stock organized in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has prior warehouse experience and can work effectively as part of a team. Day shift, Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. Benefits include a 401K match, medical/dental/vision, PTO, and access to earned wages before payday.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse operation experience is required.
• Reach truck/forklift experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; accuracy and efficiency.
• Must be dependable and a team player.
• Must be able to lift >40 lbs and handle frequent lifting (20–45 lbs).
• Work at heights up to 21 feet with safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive product upon delivery.
• Pick customer orders and process in system.
• Wrap and label pallets; load trucks as needed.
• May operate an industrial forklift.
• Conduct bin walks to check empty bins.
• Align pallets in slots and level loads.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
• Assist other warehouse workers as needed by the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor.
