Job summary

John Tillman Company, a Bunzl division, is seeking a Warehouse Worker for our Fairfield facility. The role involves receiving, picking, packing, shipping orders, and organizing stock in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have prior warehouse experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift 40+ lbs. This full-time position offers a day shift, with overtime as needed, and a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse operation experience.
• Forklift or reach truck experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; accuracy and efficiency.
• Must be dependable and a team player.
• Able to lift 40+ lbs and frequent lifting 20–45 lbs.
• Able to work at heights up to 21 feet with provided safety equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders as indicated on pick tickets and process in system.
• Wrap and label pallets; load trucks as needed.
• May operate an industrial forklift.
• Conduct bin walks as requested, checking empty bins.
• Align pallets in slots and level load slots.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment.
• Assist other warehouse workers in completing tasks as requested by the Warehouse Manager or immediate Supervisor.

John Tillman Company, a division of Bunzl, is seeking a Warehouse Worker for our facility in Fairfield. This position will perform a variety of functions that may include, receiving product, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. The ideal candidate must be well-suited to work in a fast-paced environment and have prior warehouse experience.

Day Shift: Monday - Friday (overtime based on business need)

Responsibilities:

• Pick customer orders as indicated on pick tickets and process in system
• Wrap and label pallets; load trucks as needed
• May operate an industrial forklift

• Must be able to work regularly at a height of up to 21 feet above the ground (with provided safety equipment/processes/training)
