Job summary

IES is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Katy, TX. You will support daily warehouse operations, receive and stock materials, and help maintain inventory accuracy, while upholding safety standards and customer service.

We welcome candidates with 0–2 years of experience and a high school diploma or GED; on-site role with a fast-paced environment; strong teamwork and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, inventory, labor, or operational experience preferred.
• Basic organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and operational guidelines.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings such as background and motor vehicle record checks.
• English speaking, reading, and writing preferred, and required where necessary to perform job duties.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive, respectful demeanor with customers, coworkers, and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist with warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling activities.
• Receive, stock, organize, and distribute materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support warehouse personnel by preparing materials and supplies for operational needs.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and inventory documentation.
• Communicate with supervisors and operational teams regarding warehouse requirements and inventory updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and equipment readiness.
• Contribute as a team player in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
