Job summary

SRS Distribution in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, stock, and distribute materials across our branch network. You will unload inbound shipments, verify counts, and help load deliveries while upholding safety and accuracy.

This role requires physical stamina, forklift operation, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced distribution environment; overtime and a strong benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification preferred or required.
• Experience in high-volume distribution environments preferred.
• Proficient with inventory software and Microsoft Excel/Office.
• Know-how of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety recommended.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders and shipments.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks with correct documentation.
• Maintain organized warehouse and assist with yard/office upkeep.
• Distribute materials to storage areas and rotate stock.
• Report discrepancies or damaged products promptly.
• Operate forklifts and related equipment safely.
