Job summary

American Tire Distributors in Byron, GA is seeking a Warehouse I to join our logistics team. The role focuses on prioritizing and picking products to fill orders, staging for loading, and ensuring inventory accuracy while handling items up to 150 pounds.

You will operate forklifts and other equipment, assist with warehouse close, compile reports on damaged stock, and support daily operations with data entry and routine maintenance to keep the facility safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 0-1 year related experience preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and lift up to 150 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to assist in loading/unloading and inventory accuracy.
• Data entry of product numbers and use of handheld devices; ensure inventory accuracy.
• Compile and submit reports on damaged, outdated stock, over/under shipments, and returns to vendors.
• Load and unload delivery trucks; verify quantity, size, and type of products.
