Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume distribution environments.
• Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Familiar with industry-specific software applications.
• Proficient in Spanish or another secondary language.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety.
• Conducted safety audits and training sessions.
• Adaptable to changing environments and challenges.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) and math for inventory counts.
• Effective time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, verify, and unload incoming orders; log and store materials.
• Load outgoing orders onto trucks; ensure proper product handling and documentation.
• Maintain organized warehouse and yard; uphold safety and efficiency.
• Distribute materials to storage areas; rotate stock; report discrepancies or damage.
• Collaborate with team; foster a cooperative, team-first culture.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely according to guidelines.
