Job summary

DoorDash DashMart is hiring for a role in a fast-paced, physical environment. You will receive, stock, and manage inventory, pick and pack orders, and communicate clearly with customers via the app. You’ll help maintain a safe warehouse and collaborate with the team while supporting runners and Dashers.

Light food prep may be required. We value teamwork, strong communication, and a problem-solving mindset, with 18+ years old and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED and 18+ years old.
• Experience in retail, customer service, food and beverage or similar industries.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock and safeguard inventory; monitor quality and rotate stock.
• Pick, pack and sort orders using handheld devices.
• Delight customers by clear, friendly app-based communication.
• Maintain warehouse safety and organization per DashMart standards.
• Collaborate with the team and support runners and Dashers.
• Assist light food preparation and pre-packaging when needed.
