Job summary

Grainger is hiring for a Morning Shift Warehouse Associate in Denver, CO. You will safely perform inbound and outbound warehouse tasks—unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing and packing—to ensure accurate, timely shipments.

Pay starts at $22.15/hour with three raises in 12 months to $23.35/hour, plus $1/hour for PIE operators and $1/hour for overnight shifts. Benefits begin day one: medical, dental, vision, life, PTO, holidays and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to frequently lift, slide and lower packages up to 75 pounds.
• Comfort working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust.
• Ability to work well in a team and receive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks with strong attention to detail (unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, packing).
• Ensure products are shipped correctly to meet quality and delivery speed expectations.
• Meet safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed.
• Operate scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements.
• Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.
