Job summary

Grainger is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our onsite Ohio location. You will safely perform inbound and outbound warehouse tasks, including unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, picking, and packing to ensure on-time deliveries and accuracy.

The role requires standing, lifting up to 75 pounds, and adherence to safety standards. Starting pay is $20.40/hour with three raises in 12 months to $21.60/hour, plus a $1/hour PIE premium where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to frequently lift, slide and lower packages up to 75 pounds.
• Comfortable standing and working around moving equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks with attention to detail (unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, picking and packing).
• Ensure correct shipping to meet quality and delivery speed expectations.
• Meet safety, productivity, and attendance requirements; work overtime as needed.
• Operate scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe work area per OSHA guidelines.
