Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is hiring a Warehouse Worker to accurately receive, move, store, and ship product while upholding safety, security, and productivity standards. You will use RF terminals, perform picking/packing, and contribute to inventory accuracy.

Qualifications include 0–2 years in a warehouse, WMS/RF experience preferred, and strong attention to detail with good communication in a team setting.

• 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF equipment preferred.
• Strong sense of urgency and flexibility in meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Accurately select product according to customer order specifications.
• Load and unload product onto or from delivery vehicles, pallets, etc.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring correct quantity and type.
• Perform picking and packing duties efficiently to meet service standards.
• Utilize RF terminals for picking, quality, inventory, and shipping tasks.
• Determine product destination by scanning, reading labels, and sorting accordingly.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
• Keep accurate records to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Participate in physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Handle labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking tasks.
• May operate warehouse and computer equipment.
