POOLCORP is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support order receiving and pulling in a fast-paced environment. You will accurately pull, fill, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or pickup, assist with loading, and keep inventory updated through audits.

The role requires forklift experience, the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, and follow instructions with minimal supervision. 18+ with a GED or high school diploma is required; distribution/warehousing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to maneuver up to 100 pounds.
• Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior forklift experience preferred.
• Prior experience in distribution/warehousing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull, fill, pack and set up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assist in loading the delivery truck.
• Receive shipments and log into inventory; perform audits.
• Communicate with supervisors, sales staff, and customers to coordinate deliveries/pickups.
• Operate forklift safely and maintain certification; report discrepancies.
