Job summary

SERVPRO in Gallatin, AR is seeking a Warehouse Assistant I to support franchise and corporate warehouse order fulfillment. You will receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, and products with focus on accuracy and meeting daily timelines.

The role trains you to work across departments and may support mobile stores or conventions. Strong reading/writing communication and ability to lift up to 75 lbs are required.

A High School Diploma or GED and one year warehouse experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate clearly with staff and customers.
• Ability to lift, push, or move up to 75 lbs.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill all franchise and in-house parcel and freight orders accurately and timely (pick, pack, wrap, label, load, and ship).
• Perform daily cycle counts and restock, rotate, and safeguard inventory items.
• Support efforts to simplify and enhance the franchise/customer experience.
• Maintain housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Provide divisional support and coordinate with managers to meet goals.
• Assist in mobile general store or annual convention activities as needed.
