The ideal candidate has 1+ year of shipping and warehouse experience, comfort with computers and fulfillment tech, and a strong attention to detail to ensure accurate shipments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of shipping, receiving and operations experience.
• Proficient with computers and fulfillment technology.
• Advanced understanding of retail and e-commerce operations.
• Attention to detail for accurate order picking and packing.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner.
• Verify order accuracy and completeness before shipping.
• Assist other warehouse team members in restocking and organizing the warehouse.
• Maintain open communication with Warehouse Manager to establish priorities and set goals.
• Properly package items to prevent damage during transit.
• Receive incoming shipments, inspect contents, and process inventory.
• Assist with counting and auditing inventory.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Be proficient in using handheld devices, scanners, and computer systems for order tracking and inventory management.
