Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an entry level Warehouse Associate to join our Prescott, AZ team. You will safely operate a stand-up forklift, pull and prepare outbound orders, and use RF devices to sort and scan.

Responsibilities include receiving and stocking material, building and transporting pallets, and keeping the workspace clean and safe while adhering to PPE rules. Starting pay is $18/hr or more with experience, schedule Mon-Fri 7am-4pm, with benefits available.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years warehouse experience preferred.
• High attention to detail required.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand‑up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow PPE requirements.
