Job summary

Ferguson in Nampa, ID is seeking an entry level Warehouse Associate to join our team. You will safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders, and use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.

You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to accurate receiving, staging and stocking of material while maintaining a clean, safe workspace where PPE rules apply and safety is a priority.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management preferred.
• High attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Self-starter with ability to learn systems quickly.
• Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material accurately and timely.
• Keep workspace clean, safe, and accident free in a team setting.
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including PPE and weight limits.
