Job summary

InProduction is seeking a Warehouse Associate for its Dallas, Texas warehouse. You will safely receive, inspect, and prepare equipment for shipment, and support inventory accuracy across the U.S.

Role requires lifting up to 75 lbs, operating material handling equipment, and willingness to work overtime, weekends, and travel as needed. InProduction offers medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work on concrete floors for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Pick, stage, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload flatbed trailers, dry vans, and delivery vehicles safely.
• Inspect returned equipment for damage and identify items requiring repair or refurbishment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Organize inventory and maintain clean, accurate storage locations.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance on warehouse equipment.
• Report damaged equipment, inventory discrepancies, and safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following OSHA and company policies.
