Job summary

InProduction is hiring a Warehouse Associate at our Dallas, TX facility to receive, inspect, and ship event equipment across the United States. You will play a critical role in inventory control and order fulfillment.

The ideal candidate can lift 75 pounds repeatedly, operate forklifts, and follow safety procedures in a fast-paced environment. We value reliability, safety, and teamwork in serving our client partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work on concrete floors for extended periods.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and occasional travel as business needs require.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Pick, stage, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload flatbed trailers, dry vans, and delivery vehicles safely.
• Inspect returned equipment for damage and identify items requiring repair or refurbishment.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Organize inventory and maintain clean, accurate storage locations.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance on warehouse equipment.
• Report damaged equipment, inventory discrepancies, and safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas following all OSHA and company safety policies.
• Properly secure loads for transportation.
• Assist with assembling, disassembling, loading, or unloading event structures and equipment when required.
• Occasionally assist at customer job sites with installation or dismantling of temporary seating, staging, or structural systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
