We are seeking a motivated warehouse person to strive for excellence and help us maintain our commitment to delivering the highest level of customer service. As a warehouse person at PACE Supply, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent education required.
• Warehouse, plumbing, retail/customer service and forklift experience is desirable, but not required.
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize orders through supervisor-issued work tags.
• Retrieve items from inventory using manual methods and/or forklifts.
• Prepare materials for delivery or pick-up by customers, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
• Verify the accuracy and timeliness of filled orders before delivery or pick-up.
• Complete bills of lading for materials being delivered to customers.
• Maintain organized files for customer pick-up orders, noting relevant information on invoices.
• Assist with counter sales by entering orders into the system and pulling/loading orders.
• Foster a positive work atmosphere by cooperating and communicating effectively with customers, co-workers, and managers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
