Job summary

PACE Supply Corp. at our McCarran, NV branch seeks a motivated warehouse person to ensure smooth operations and top-level customer service. You will receive, store, and distribute products, pick and pack orders, stock shelves, and maintain inventory.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, operating a forklift, and using hand-held scanners. Strong communication with customers, suppliers, and teammates is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent credential required.
• Warehouse, plumbing, retail/customer service and forklift experience is desirable but not required.
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyze data.
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
• Ability to read location, date, and product codes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of English language in reading/writing/oral.
• Ability to build professional relationships across levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and self-driven to excel in fast-paced environments.
• Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize orders.
• Retrieve items from inventory using manual methods and/or forklifts.
• Prepare materials for delivery or pickup with proper packaging and labeling.
• Verify accuracy and timeliness of filled orders.
• Complete bills of lading for delivered materials.
• Maintain organized files for customer pick-up orders and invoices.
• Assist with counter sales by entering orders and pulling/loading items.
• Foster a positive work atmosphere through cooperation and communication.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
