Qualifications

• Must possess strong oral and written communication skills and abilities to communicate with managerial staff and other employees.
• Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
• Strong detail orientation; read product labels and understand differences.
• Able to take direction and perform tasks.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• 1–3 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred; MHE experience.
• Experience in automated warehouse preferred.
• Basic math and English (reading and identifying product labels, location codes, warehouse sorting labels, and customer orders).

Responsibilities

• Pick orders assigned; unload and load inventory trailers and deliveries.
• Inventory the warehouse on a scheduled basis or as needed.
• Put away products; maintain self-service area; mailroom distribution.
