Job summary

Sephora's Mississippi Distribution Center in Olive Branch is seeking a Warehouse Associate to safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away and ship Sephora orders, following established procedures and production rates.

You will be cross-trained across receiving, pick, pack, put-away and shipping, operate RF terminals and basic math, maintain safety, attendance and teamwork, with starting pay $18.00 per hour and possible shift differential.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with warehouse layout or ability to learn layout.
• Ability to operate RF terminals to receive, pick and replenish.
• Ability to pack product using approved methods.
• Basic math skills and ability to match numbers.
• Willingness to cross-train in receiving, picking, packing, put-away and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock product, and pick, pack, prep and ship Sephora orders following procedures.
• Follow safety rules and regulations to ensure safe working practices.
• Comply with Loss Prevention policies.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexible schedule as needed.
• Respond to leadership directions and work with the team.
