Job summary

Floor & Decor in Warwick, RI is seeking a Warehouse Associate to compile orders, replenish and move merchandise, and assist customers on the floor or in their vehicle. You will perform inventory checks, operate a forklift, and uphold safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

We offer both Full-Time and Part-Time roles. Prior warehouse or customer service experience helps; forklift certification is preferred. Must be 18+ with basic math skills and the ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Completion of forklift certifications through Floor & Decor.
• Drug test may be required where required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and understand safety processes.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
• Provide above-and-beyond customer service and exceed expectations.
• Load out customers with the correct product.
• Restock show floor and organize merchandise to company standards.
• Assist customers and answer questions; help in other areas as needed.
