Job summary

POOLCORP, the leading distributor of outdoor living products, is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Cincinnati, OH. You will receive, pull, pack and stage orders for delivery or pickup in a fast-paced environment.

You will also help load trucks, log shipments, and maintain accurate inventory while following safety procedures. The role requires a high school diploma, forklift experience, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to maneuver heavy objects, some weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Prior forklift experience.
• Follow and carry out instructions with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in distribution, general labor or warehousing preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulls, fills, packs and sets up orders for delivery or pickup.
• Assists in loading the delivery truck.
• Receives shipments, logs into inventory, maintains inventory through audits.
• Communicates with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up.
• Operates a forklift safely and maintains certification; performs vehicle safety checks.
• Keeps the facility clean, neat, safe and efficient.
• Other duties as assigned.
