Job summary

Lake Weeders Digest LLC in New Hope, MN is seeking a Warehouse Associate for a full-time, on-site role. You will receive shipments, verify against POs, and unload products safely.

Daily duties include packing, labeling, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean warehouse, with forklift or pallet jack use if certified, and cross-team coordination with customer service and operations.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Shipping & Receiving skills, including verifying orders and preparing documentation.
• Candidates should possess Packing skills, with attention to detail in labeling, wrapping, and preparing items for domestic and international shipments.
• Candidates should possess Unloading skills, including safely handling and organizing incoming products.
• Forklift Certification (preferred) and Pallet Jack skills.
• Ability to lift and move packages (up to 50 pounds), basic computer skills for inventory systems, reliability in attendance, and a commitment to workplace safety.
• Previous warehouse or distribution experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and follow procedures is essential.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and check accuracy against purchase orders.
• Unload products safely and prepare orders for shipment.
• Pack, label, and organize inventory; maintain a clean warehouse environment.
• Operate forklifts (if certified) and pallet jacks as needed.
• Coordinate with customer service, leads and operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.
