Position Summary

Responsible for tasks related to picking customer orders using RF scanners to select, clean, pack, and palletize pet food and accessories. Expected to perform all aspects of the job as described below.

SHIFT DETAILS

Evening Shift: Monday through Friday, 5:00 pm – 1:30 am

STARTING WAGES

Evening Shift: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, plus shift premium

Incentive pay up to $200 per week based on productivity & attendance***

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect merchandise to ensure only quality products are used to complete orders.
• Meet production, quality, and accuracy standards; work efficiently under pressure.
• Select food and accessory products to fill customer orders accurately.
• Maintain punctual attendance and work extended hours as needed.
• Flexibility to work in other areas and cross-train as required.
• Maintain a clean workplace following safety policies and perform cleaning activities.
• Follow safety guidelines and operate equipment such as electric pallet jacks safely.

Qualifications

• 1+ years related warehouse experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Basic math skills and ability to count.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with dust exposure.
• Must wear safety gear as required.
