Come be part of a team that strives to be the best, wins together, and is passionate about pets! General Pet Supply, a division of Central Pet & Garden Co., is seeking Warehouse Order Selectors on the Evening Shift at our Vandalia, OH facility.

Position Summary

Responsible for picking customer orders using RF scanners, including selecting, cleaning, packing, and palletizing pet products. Must perform all related tasks as described below.

Shift Details

Evening Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00 pm – 1:30 am

Starting Wages

Evening Shift: $16.00 - $18.00/hr plus shift premium

• Incentive pay up to $200/week based on productivity & attendance

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect merchandise for quality before completing orders
• Meet production, quality, and accuracy standards
• Select and pack products accurately
• Maintain punctual attendance and work extended hours as needed
• Cross-train in other departments as required
• Keep the workplace clean and follow food safety policies
• Operate and get certified in electric pallet jacks and other equipment

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred
• RF scanner experience preferred
• Basic math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Working Conditions

• Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment with dust exposure
• Must wear safety gear as required
