Position Description

Ryder is immediately hiring Full Time Warehouse Associates in Lebanon, TN.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly.

• Hourly Pay $20.50 per hour
• Additional Pay $1.50 shift differential
• Overtime Pay $34.50 per hour
• Shifts: Monday - Friday Second Shift 4:00pm - 12:30 am or until finish

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Six months of related warehouse experience required
• One or more years of related warehouse experience preferred
• Learn to operate powered industrial trucks, including forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc., including maintenance and recognizing mechanical issues
• Powered industrial truck certification
• Ability to read and perform basic math in English
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to input data into the WMS system
• Work overtime as needed
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Flexible and self-driven in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with excellent time management
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills

Responsibilities

• Package, assemble, and kit orders and materials
• Load and unload trailers, ensure scanning accuracy, and train dock employees on procedures
• Perform picking and packing duties, check for damages
• Handle materials according to policies and procedures
• Participate in team activities for improvement
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workspace
• Perform other duties as assigned
