Warehouse Associate Responsibilities

1. Fill customer orders by operating a Cherry Picker and/or Reach Truck in a fast-paced environment.
2. Operate equipment to move products efficiently and safely.
3. Use an RF scanner gun to identify the correct products for order fulfillment.
4. Assemble customer orders from stock and place them on pallets, shelves, or conveyor belts based on the routing for packing or shipping.
5. Assist the Receiving Department with unloading new merchandise from trucks as needed.
6. Support inventory and returns departments with daily operations.
7. Assemble components to build lockers and cabinets.
8. Use manual, air, and electrical hand tools safely and efficiently.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Previous experience operating a Reach Truck and/or Cherry Picker.
2. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
3. At least 1 year of experience working in a warehouse environment.
4. At least 1 year of experience with material handling equipment.
5. Experience using an RF Scanner.
6. Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and drawings.
7. Ability to lift products weighing up to 75 lbs continuously.
8. Ability to stand, walk, pull, and bend throughout the shift in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong reading and comprehension skills.
