Jones Stephens is seeking an entry-level Warehouse Associate to join our team! This role involves operating forklifts, building pallets, working outdoors, and using technology to prepare orders.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 5:30am-2:00pm plus overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

1. Operate stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound orders.
2. Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
3. Work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
4. Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
5. Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials accurately and timely.
6. Maintain a clean and safe workspace.

Qualifications

1. 0-3 years warehouse experience preferred.
2. Forklift experience strongly preferred.
3. High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Dependability, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
5. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
6. Knowledge of safety regulations.
